Yeast Buddy is the result of the author's engagement with computer human interaction and his personal environment.
The concept of "terroir" from viticulture is introduced into the theory of human computer interaction and tested with a prototype.
By combining what already exists and transplanting it into a new context, something unique is created and the status quo challenged.
